Vutera single and trip to NOLA
2026 came to a great start with recordings for Vutera's new single, TA AH, as well as a trip to the JEN Conference in New Orleans, representing the CalArts Jazz Program.
Here I am playing some nylon guitar for Vutera's lovely song TA AH.

CalArts Jazz CD 2025
We went to Evergreen Studios in Burbank to record 2 songs for the CalArts Jazz CD 2025. One was Alex Sadnik's Bovine, and one was my song Rose.
Denmark tour 2025
Loved being on tour with the old friends again in Denmark: the amazing Liam Elion, Jan Sedlák and Anders Julsgaard! We went through Fredericia, Aarhus, Aalborg, Hjørring and Frederikshavn.

Balinese gamelan memories

I've had a great time playing Gamelan around LA with Pak Wenten's group Burat Wangi. It has been such an honor to learn and share this music.
I'm in LA!

After 3.5 years in Boston I moved to Los Angeles. I am excited to explore the city and music. While here, I will be pursuing a Master's in Jazz at California Institute of the Arts.

El is a Sound of Joy
I recently graduated from Berklee College of Music. To celebrate, I played Sun Ra's "El is a Sound of Joy". I also played Anthony Braxton's MDD-3/63D (Opus 23C) with drummer Ben Fig.
